The Senator's Steakhouse and Brass Buffalo Saloon
We do have a full service restaurant and saloon open from May 1st through September 30th for lunch and dinner. Lunch menu starts at 11:00am and runs all day. Dinner menu starts at 5:00pm.
Our Senator's Steakhouse has a nice western atmosphere with many antiques. Dress is casual. We serve beef and buffalo burgers and steaks; as well as, many other choices.
Are you staying in our campground or in one of our cabins and you just don't feel like going out to eat? Call 307-634-4994 and place an order with the restaurant for delivery (add 15% of total for delivery service.) During restaurant hours.
Private Banquets and Parties are available all year round!
Weddings, Christmas parties, family reunions, field trips, and company picnics.
Thinking about having a wedding at the Ranch? We have many options for you to choose from. You can have your wedding in the meadow and go over to the another building for the reception. We have 3 nice buildings for your wedding reception. You may choose to have us cater your meal or you may just rent the building and cater your own.
How about a family reunion. We have 7 cabins, 13 bunkhouse rooms, and many RV sites for the family to gather for a weekend. We will provide a building for you to have a get-together. We can arrange special meals and bison tours for your group. The ranch is a great place for the kids. The sales department can set this up for you. Please call to get details and schedule your appointment to meet with the sales director.
Motorcoach groups can set up a burger lunch or a steak dinner with a tour out to the bison herd. If time permits, just stop in for a meal or just for the tour.
We do offer a fantastic all-you-can-eat buffet for Easter, Mother's Day, and Thanksgiving every year. Please call for reservations before the holiday. Special buffets can be viewed on the Special Event Page.
