Buffalo meat is available in our Trading Post gift shop every day of the year (except Christmas).
Please note that not all the meat listed below is available all year. We are constantly getting in new supplies of meat and different cuts of steak. (Prices subject to change)

Bratwurst - $8.50 per package
Top Sirloin - $14.95 per pound
T-bone - $16.95 per pound
Ribeye - $16.95 per pound
Brisket - $9.00 per pound
We do offer shipping throughout the United States. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Prices generally range from $35 to $70 for shipping 5-20 pounds of meat, plus the cost of the meat. This depends on where it is going.
Buffalo meat tastes simliar to fine beef. It does have a slightly sweeter and richer taste. Buffalo meat is the healthier meat.
Cooking Tips: Steaks recommended for grilling include: Ribeyes, T-bones, and New York Strips. Lesser quality steaks are not recommended for grilling unless they have been marinated. Using a fork to turn steaks punctures the meat, so use tongs for turning to keep the juices in. Steaks taste best when grilled to rare or medium (still pink in center). Do not over cook. Slow cooking is best.ENJOY !!!
